Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated at checkout based on standard UPS rates, which include required age verification and signature upon delivery.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping due to the complexities of customs and border patrol regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification from us which will include your UPS tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@getliquidrails.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.
Age Verification and Signature Requirement
All shipments require age verification and a signature upon delivery. Please ensure an adult (21+ years of age) is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Due to the age verification and signature requirement, we're unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
